Happy Monday and God’s Abundant Blessings to You,
“The Cross of Jesus Still Stands”

“May I never boast except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ,
through which the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world.”
—Galatians 6:14 (NIV)
Beloved, as we enter this sacred Passion Week, I pray that our hearts return to the hill that changed everything—Calvary. It was there, on that lonely hill, that the greatest act of love in human history unfolded.
"On a hill far away stood an old rugged cross,
The emblem of suffering and shame..."
What the world saw as disgrace, heaven declared as victory. That rugged cross, stained with the blood of our Savior, was not merely a Roman tool of execution—it was the holy altar where the spotless Lamb of God willingly took our place. The cross still speaks. It tells the story of grace that outruns guilt, love that conquers death, and mercy that meets us at our worst.
In a world obsessed with success, pride, and self-glory, the Cross Of Our Savior Jesus calls us to lay it all down. As Paul boldly proclaims in Galatians 6:14, his only boast was in the cross—because it marked the death of the old life and the birth of new creation. And as 1 Corinthians 6:20 reminds us, “You were bought at a price.” That price was paid in full by Jesus, and it redefined your value forever.
So this week, pause to reflect—deeply and reverently. Let the power of Christ’s suffering draw you closer to His heart. But don’t stay in the sorrow—remember that the story didn’t end on Friday. Resurrection Sunday is coming! Because of Jesus, you walk in grace, stand in victory, and rise in purpose.
Cling to the cross. Rest in His love. Rise in His power.
You are deeply loved, eternally redeemed, and divinely empowered.
You are Blessed! You are a Winner! Walk boldly this week—reflecting on the cross, rejoicing in the resurrection.
Authored with love,
MC
